Anna Sansom

Anna Sansom is a British-born, Paris-based journalist, editor and curator who writes about art, photography, design and architecture.
She is a Paris correspondent for The Art Newspaper and a regular contributor to international publications such as Art Now and Noblesse (China), Frame (the Netherlands), Damn (Belgium) and Sotheby’s magazine. Her work has also been published in The Financial Times, Art Review, British Vogue, France24 and Modern Weekly (China).
She has been covering photography for 15 years and has interviewed photographers and artists such as Sophie Calle, Gregory Crewdson, Andreas Gursky, Rosemary Laing, Sophie Ristelhueber, Michal Rovner, Thomas Ruff, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Wolfgang Tillmans and Gillian Wearing.
Her other activities have included reviewing portfolios at Les Rencontres d’Arles photography festival. She holds a Masters in International Journalism from City University in London.
