Photography as a medium for the indescriptible, as liberation, as a tool to tell what language cannot. All of this is Promenade, a beautiful tale that speaks of coming to light after those transcendental moments in life in which the pillars of the house collapse. The desing proposal is inspired by these silent earthquakes that shake the physical and emotional spaces where we feel safe. The images, shaken by the earthquake, move around the four corners of the double-page spread.
Leila Forés was born in Spain. She studied Higher Studies on Image and Photography in Valencia. After her studies, she fails to live on photography, and that produces a reflection towards it lasting 15 years. In 2012 she ignores digital photography, and her curiosity leads her to retake it,training online and self-teaching.It is there when she discovers a new expression line and develops a personal style with some intimate and reflective themes. The exlusive use of b&w,the blur, the movement, accentuate the emotional look and the essence in compositions and play of lights.
