The world has become more polarised, more corrupt, more inequitable, more violent. Some stood up together to be heard and seen, and brave the backlash under the watchful eyes of the security forces.
This series shows protests in Zagreb (protesters formed a funeral band to mourn for the country), in Ljubljana and in Istanbul. Police allowed the demonstration and kept order.

The pandemic prompted a rethink of life and fired a desire to travel, see and understand the world. Travelling the world to open my eyes and mind, I strive to use my amateurish skill to capture the human condition through the lens.
