Funeral of Boy Victim of Hate Crime

October 16, 2023- Plainfield, Illinois, United States: Mourners gathered at the Mosque in Bridgeview Illinois to pay respect to 6 year old Wadee Al-Faioumy who was stabbed 26 times and killed over the past weekend in his home in Plainfield. The death is being investigated aa a hate crime because the suspect used racal and ethnic slurs while attacking the boy and his mother.

The mother Hanan was in critical condition but is expected to survive.
