World of Silence

On a winter morning in Hokkaido with temperatures below minus 20 degrees Celsius, I met my moment. The colors of the morning glow gradually emerged from the night sky and the sun began to rise from the eastern horizon, enveloping us in a space of light. Their breath was white in the morning sun, and I felt the beauty and harshness of living in the natural world at the same time. Sharing the world of silence with them made me realize that I, too, was living in a world of silence.
