In the Philippines, even in the remote regions on the northeastern coast of Mindanao Island, basketball is always one of the most popular sports, boys or seniors, on flat ground or rough terrain, down on the beach or up in the mountain mines, in villages or cities, under cold or hot weather, players always indulge in the sport across the country in their free time.
Kirby Ma is a passionate Chinese Canadian photographer based in Hong Kong, practicing street photography, portraits, landscape, cityscape, nature, and snaps.
Due to the nature of previous employment engagements, he was stationed in different countries such as Egypt, the Philippines, the USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, Taiwan, etc., and had close encounters and a better understanding of the local culture and people to extensively perform portraits and street photography.
His vision is to share the joy of photography and bring more happiness to the people.
