In the vast, arid plains of central-southern Peru can be found the Nazca Lines. The lines encompass over 700 geometric patterns and depict approximately 70 different animals and plants, including hummingbirds and condors. A splendid legacy of the ancient Nazca civilization. The rugged terrain, resembling waves, gives the impression that the Earth itself is alive.

The creation of these drawings remains shrouded in mystery, adding a sense of romance to this colossal, yet unsolved, mystery that continues to intrigue with its unknown purpose.
