Sagrada Familia

Sagrada Familia in Barcelona was designed by the famous architect Antoni Gaudi. Construction of the church began in 1882 and it is still ongoing.

The interior has 36 forest-like columns. The ceiling is 60 meters high.

The church is a mix of Gothic and Art Nouveau styles. It was said that the interior of Sagrada Familia reflects Gaudi’s relationship with architecture and God himself.

The columns symbolize the saints rising into heaven.

Stain glass windows color the interior with red, green, yellow, and blue hues.

The interior of Sagrada Familia is a representation of Eden itself.
