This pedestrian (and cyclist) bridge is the work of the prestigious French architect Dominique Perrault. It was inaugurated in 2011, and today it is one of the architectural landmarks of Madrid Río, a large park located on both banks of the Manzanares River as it passes through Madrid.
The structure is helical and is made up of two parts
separate built both in metal and wood.
