I've been asked to portray Måneskin for the Print Issue of August 2021 of Billboard USA. I had less then 2 hours to make a location scouting and to portray the band according to the brief provided by the Editor.
Location could not be changed because of security matters. The Band had just won Eurovision. We then took the pictures in the same country house in which they were staying. It has been an amazing experience and I had the chance to be published on an international printed magazine. My pictures have also been selected by Billboard Magazine as the best of 2021.
Clotilde Petrosino is an internationally awarded photographer working in fashion and documentary.
As a non-binary artist, they document the LGBTQIA+ with a honest and unbiased point of view.
They use their own voice to fight against violence, discrimination, racism, homobilesbotransphobia, prejudices and biases.
From 2018 they’ve been working on “The Queer Talks" ongoing series of portraits and interviews of people of the LGBTQIA+. They work as a freelance photographer for fashion and for international magazines. They've portrayed Maneskin for Billboard USA printed Issue 11 in 2021.
