During my trip to Venice in June, I visited the famous landmark, the Doge's Palace. Inside the palace, there is a well-known stone bridge called ”Ponte dei Sospiri“, which connects the interrogation rooms to the prison. This photo was taken on the bridge, capturing the view through the gaps in the stone windows. It is believed to depict the last scenery seen by prisoners before entering the prison from the outside world of freedom.
