Bologna, creative city of music for Unesco, boasts a musical tradition, still alive, like few other cities in Europe. This evolving tradition is a commitment to promoting music as a means of economic development and social and cultural inclusion. A particular role belongs to jazz. Since the 1960s Bologna has been a favorite destination for artists such as Miles Davis, Gerry Mulligan and others. The work tends to highlight this union, photographing the musicians in the suggestive places of the city. Places that represent the pulsating heart of Bologna, pulsating like the rhythm of jazz.
