Maria is 85 years old,
years ago she finally retired, later she was widowed, since then she has lived alone and always remembers her husband, carrying him with her in a precious necklace. Every time she goes out she gets pretty, just like she did with him.
The necklace is therefore a link with the past, which has never been broken. This is why it happens that she becomes sad and looks lost beyond the windows of her house. Precisely in those moments her memories settle on a chair like her necklaces, leaving a smile on her face that
survives the melancholy and nostalgia of the life that was.
