The special point about this photo was the correspondence of the roof of the building with the lantern. I found the point of view from which the peak of the curved roof was meeting the lantern on the top, and took the photo. The day was cloudy, so I had only to make the roof stand out against the darker clouds in postprocessing.

I am an enthusiastic photographer, working primarily on black & white images. I aim at producing beautiful and touching pictures that are different from the massive amount of photos that we are bombarded with in everyday life.
