A photo series of the car spare parts and junkyards and the amazing people who work there in the oil rich country of United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah. Where used cars, insurance write offs and spare parts are shipped in from Asia, North America and sold off for profit (15-25%)

Rico is a 1980’s first generation black Caribbean kid from South East London.

At two and a half years old, he said wanted to be a pilot.

Today he is a Pilot.

Rico has always loved photography and taking pictures.

Today Rico is a multi-award winning “self-proclaimed” everyday photographer.
