Dastardly Rhubarb Tart

A play between delicious and dastardly...I created this Rhubarb & Rotten Ricotta Tart with hand rolled Marzipan maggots for Halloween. The magic was in those game enough to not believe their eyes and eat it.
Shortcrust sweet pastry, poached rhubarb, lemon ricotta filling & marzipan maggots. Recipe on request.
