"Photography is to me synonymous of peace, by using very long exposures, I can eliminate the human subject, even in very busy places, so that only its traces are left. Through my photos I try to communicate: a sense of Calm, Silence and Melancholy. I want the viewer to enter my world, which is dark but also, peaceful and somehow timeless. I would like to be able to transmit what I feel while I shoot: inner peace. Everything around me stops, and I enter a universe of my own, without people, without noises, without time…"
