The series FLEETING from Martin Leuze is working with the moment as a vanishing content. This content is created by the chosen architecture, by light and shadow as well as through the graphical composition of the pictures. Through that, a snapshot with an interpretable content is fabricated which is stimulating the viewers fantasy. The photographer is fascinated by temporary existence, by the unplanable and by the process of discovering these moments in our everyday surrounding life; as an interaction between several natural happenings which are not manipulative. Martin Leuze is searching the coincidence of the moment, the feeling to be at the right spot at the right time. Therefore, his series FLEETING is not only showing a theme but rather is a deep expression of his general working style and therefore it has it´s red line as a integral series rather in the theme then in the visuality.
