Beneath the Milky Way, a roe deer quietly crosses Gomosanseong Fortress, a historic mountain fortress first built during Korea's Silla Dynasty. In a fleeting moment, wildlife, centuries of human history, and the universe come together within a single frame. To us, it is an extraordinary moment. To nature, it is simply another ordinary night.

For over 16 years, I have documented the changing landscapes of Korea, while spending the past 11 years exploring perspectives made possible through drone photography. My work focuses on the relationship between nature, cities, and human presence, revealing familiar places from unexpected viewpoints.

Through both aerial and ground-based photography, I seek to create visual records that preserve moments of light, landscape, and culture before they disappear.
