A 76 year old painter and surfer, and a friend, stands in a moment shaped by decades of returning to the sea. A quiet study of a woman’s strength: self‑forged, enduring, and entirely her own.

French born, Italian grown. 
Cape Town is where my heart landed. 

Adventure seeker, madly in love with the Ocean, 
where I spend most of my time surfing my longboard. 
Something very old and very powerful connects all living things: it is right in front of us and we hardly ever notice it.
 Trying to capture it through my lens is what drives me, after nearly 20 years or so I have decided to start taking photos again, a passion I thought had been left behind. The loss of my father 12 years ago left me with a thirst to communicate my feelings through what I see everyday living in South Africa
