Super Chikan on a Smoke Break

James "Super Chikan" Johnson is a well known Blues musician in America. I was able to catch up with him while he was on a break from a performance at a local nightclub in Clarksdale, Mississippi. His nick name derived from his childhood days working on his family chicken farms. He was known to carry the birds and talk to them. While in the music scene he did not conform to his band mates style of music and instead broke ground in creating new sounds. This earned him a reputation and acknowledgement in the industry with significant rewards as an award winning performer.

Hillary Greene-Pae is a practicing clinical psychotherapist, real estate investor and an amateur photographer.
Ms. Greene-Pae's interest in photography began when she was a graduate student at UC Berkeley. During her semi-retirement she has had time to pursue her passion. She enjoys capturing moments of life and being both an observer and a participant in the process.
