Captured on a cold, windy day, this image shows the Dragon Eye under stormy conditions, as powerful waves sweep across the rock pool. I chose to preserve the texture of the water and wind-driven ripples to convey the raw atmosphere of the moment. Focus stacking was used to maintain sharpness throughout the rocks, while carefully timing the waves added tension and movement to the scene. All frames were captured during the same session.

As a Swiss landscape photographer, my artistic journey began with drawing at the age of 4, and 11 years later, I discovered my passion for photography during a school course. Photography quickly became a means of expression and an enduring passion for me.
