This was my first stroll after a multiple week Covid-19 quarantine in Singapore, and I went to the Botanic Gardens. It was great to breathe fresh air, tuning in with the surrounding and just watch the dragonflies’ movement close to the lake shore. Here I got this shot, a Yellow-barred Flutterer during a short break on a leaf in the evening sun.
The broad diversity and beauty of nature is breathtaking if you allow yourself to dive into it. For me, it is even some form of meditation. And many times, it’s the little details like color combinations, feather patterns that make smile broadly.
I’d love to show you some of it though my lens, my pictures. My name is Anja and I am a non-pro photographer based in Switzerland. I just started to participate in photo awards, so I would love to get feedback from professionals to upgrade my skills. I'd love to turn my passion into profession in the future. Thank you!
