Mongolian eagle hunters are Kazakhs who migrated to the Altai Mountains of western Mongolia and brought with them their tradition of hunting with eagles. The eagle hunters are revered in their communities. Their falconry skills are passed down the generations.
This series shows three eagle hunter families through the generations. The bond between the hunter and his eagle is built on love, care and respect from young.
The pandemic prompted a rethink of life and fired a desire to travel, see and understand the world. Travelling the world to open my eyes and mind, I strive to use my humble skill to capture the human condition through the lens.
