song of light

Water is a concert hall filled with harmonies of infinite variations, and its surface is a musical score containing nature’s melodies.
When light meets water, it plays unforeseen abstract music on a violin called time.
Just as Impressionist composers painted pictures of listening with their ears through music, I felt as though I could capture the music I saw with my eyes.
The beauty of its endless variations, the fluid dance of light, and the rhythm of clear, transparent water harmonized with one another.
It was abstract music—alive with the wind, vibrating with unexpected joy.

I regard nature not as an object of representation, but as a resonant field where creation and disappearance, presence and absence intersect. Rather than focusing on concrete subjects, I pay attention to flow, diffusion, silence, and traces of light.
For me, photography is a form of visual contemplation that reveals the sensations of the inner self. Through the painterly quality of light, the abstraction of nature, and the contemplative space of emptiness, I seek to visualize the resonance of existence and the traces of invisible sensations.
