Ophelion

Ophelion is a metaphor for the fragile boundary between consciousness and the subconscious — ice separating the tangible world from the depths within. It cracks under the weight of emotions long frozen, under thoughts too heavy to carry on the surface. This is the moment when the boundary gives way, and submersion becomes inevitable.

My name is Martyna Antczak. I have been a photographer from 20 years, exhibited in Paris and New York. I was born in early 90’s in Poland. I am a mirror that reflects the world. A pure pupil, a gaze itself. Welcome to my world.
