Floating

Floating objects in the middle of the sea make us imagine many things. It exists as a point in the vast ocean in an undetermined direction. It seems to be moving but still. Infinity and finite coexist. In the sea, everything is one piece.
The location is off the West Sea of ​​Incheon, South Korea. As the humidity of the sea changes depending on the weather, the color of the sea and the sky change slightly, and the detailed changes are expressed.

Minah Kang is majoring in photo design in graduate school. She includes , a floating image in the middle of the sea, , which depicts a single-person household living alone, and , which expresses various human emotions through the shape of a tree. I am mainly working on visualizing spaces, people, and nature in a single image based on personal experience.
Exhibitions such as <41.6% single-person households> at Boan Gallery in Tongui-dong, Seoul in 2024, at Hongik University Museum of Contemporary Art, and at Gyeongin Museum of Art in 2023.

Awards Minah Kang was elected to the contest hosted by the Korea Safety, Health and Environment Foundation in 2023 and the contest hosted by Fujifilm Electronic Imaging Korea in 2024.
