Basia and Olek are patients of the Department of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology at the University Children's Hospital in Bialystok, Poland. The children met in the ward. During hospitalization, they are inseparable. If possible, they are placed in one room. They also visit and support each other when isolation is necessary. Basia calls Olek "My Kluseczka". In Polish, "kluseczka" means a small, round flour dumpling. For children, it can be considered a very cute term. They began to be called Mr. and Mrs. Kluseczka.
