Reitdiephaven is a modern residential area located in the province of Groningen, Netherlands. The complex was designed by Dutch architecture firm Oving Architecten and is made up of colorful houses connected to local waterways. The design was inspired by traditional water-based housing in the area and blends it with modern architecture. Each building is unique in appearance and design and is famous for its bright, colorful exterior. The Boardwalk and Pier Houses are two of the most notable structures in Reitdiephaven, designed to provide residents with stunning views of the surrounding area.
My passion for tribal people has allowed me to visit several states in India, Asia and Africa to take photo-reportage such as those on the last tattooed women, both Indian and Burmese and Ethiopian tribes. Reportage, however, is not the only photographic genre that excites me but I am generally attracted to everything that strikes me from a photographic point of view.
I teach photography and I am the author of three illustrated books.
My photos have been exhibited in various exhibitions receiving prizes and awards.
