Banh Hoi is a specialty dish found a lot in middle Vietnam. The cake is made from rice flour and has an elaborate and meticulous processing process. Banh hoi is often eaten with onion fat, roasted meat, grilled meat, pork intestines... this is an indispensable dish during holidays, death anniversary offerings, weddings, worshiping ceremonies at communal houses and pagodas of the people and is a local culinary culture. Two brothers in the Phu Long media bakery family are pulling dough out of the steam oven. This is one of the stages of making Banh Hoi.
