On the summers, I stay in an old (about 150 years old) wooden villa in the Lithuanian resort of Birštonas. On the exterior boards of the house, I noticed interesting small (less than 5 square cm) formations formed by time and weather, located near the former branches. They are similar to the paintings you can see in this serie of photos.
