The Snail

When I think of a spiral staircase something slightly different from the one you can see in this picture comes to my mind. So, when I visited the Ephraim-Palais in Berlin, Germany, I was immediately struck by the Rococo style of the building and the originality of the shape of its staircase. Almost hypnotic.
