The series invites the viewer to reflect upon beauty and desirability standards.

Location: Naha, Okinawa, Japan [outdoors].
Technique: low ISO and shutter speed of 1/250 to match standard daylight.
Post-processing: cropping to central element, removal of minor peripheral elements in the corners of the image replacing them by white, desaturation, modifications to exposure, white point, brightness/contrast, shadows/highlights.
