This work is inspired by the fertility goddess Demeter and her daughter Persephone in Greek mythology.
I always create works by projecting the stories that I imagine onto models.
I've always liked reading novels, comics, and books, and I enjoyed projecting myself into them, but since I started to feel complex about my appearance, I can no longer do that.
I take pictures because I want to be someone.
I am projecting myself onto others, thinking that I wanted to be the one reflected here.
It can also be said that it is a self-portrait using others.
