There are five images in this series. During my cold, windy walk by the sea I was drawn to a lone figure in the distance (image 1). They were gone by the time I reached the bandstand (image 2). I stepped in and took three more photographs: ahead towards the sea (image 3), looking to the left (image 4) and looking to the right (image 5). It took only a few seconds. This is how Brighton was presenting itself to me on that day.
I printed each image as an edition of five Archival Giclee Prints, 30x30cm.
