The corona pandemic has held the world in an iron grip. The uncertainty as to when it will almost be "normal" again has driven us into a continuous tug-of-war of feelings.
Now it is kind of forgotten. It seems that no-one wants to hear anything more about Covid 19. But the forgotten aspect of the COVID-19 pandemic is mental health. Still the pandemic affects millions of people.
My lockdown portraits show these roller coaster rides of emotions. The portraits bring out the diverse streams of thoughts. A nebulous, virus-like veil hovers over every face. The inside evolves to the outside.
