The author believes that "mirror reflection" is the first stage in the creation of figurative images. People will show great interest in their own mirror image, trying to understand the purpose of self-existence through the gestalt provided by the mirror image. It is through the "other" that the non-living body realizes its own existence, just like a bridge pier must show its integrity through a mirror to form a self-image. Although it is not real, it should not be limited like life, but an illusion in the mirror.
