Native Sea

The environmental crisis is most tragic and existential one, in this age of many crises. But, I confess, I always felt is very abstract. Then, one day, my son asked me to dive with him in our native sea. And it changed. Apart from brief interruptions, in the nearby city where all spoke of hard survival, we spent the longest time in the blue. Our native sea, that shaped my heart, spoke to us wordlessly about a kingdom that nobody will come save if we don't. It took a child, the generation that matters and we owe to, and a dive: the struggle to save the environment became alive and meaningful.
