Oh My Goddess!

This series celebrates the influential women in my life. Among them are my grandmother, my nonagenarian mother, and her close friends and peers. Some have passed, but their memories live on.

During the restrictive period of the pandemic, the distance between me and my French family and friends weighed on me. These playful depictions reflect happy “moments” spent with them.

Using photographs from my family albums, and combining them with other photographs, I created digital collages that I hope convey what is, or was, most beautiful about these women. Indeed they are my "goddesses."
