On January 20, 2019, my grandfather turned 90 years old. In honor of him, I decided to create my first series of photographs, registering moments of his daily life during the period of a week, right after his birthday. More than just a photographic record, this project also meant a rapprochement of my grandfather, as I hadn't spent so much time with him in many years. What I discovered along of one week was much more than I could have imagined. I met my grandfather in ways I didn't yet know and those days when I stayed at his home, became one of those parts of life that we never forget.
