The most known technique in molecular gastronomy is spherification with which you get fake egg yolk(which I did in some of my works) or fake caviar or many other ingredients and all are vegan which promotes a healthy lifestyle

Molecular gastronomy is a discipline practiced by scientists and professional chefs, who study the physical and chemical processes behind cooking, it is desire to investigate and explain the chemical reasons why the ingredients change depending on how you cooked them.
