Casablanca gained its reputation thanks to the ‘1942 movie. Today, Casablanca is the largest city in Morocco. It lives on the Atlantic Ocean coast, The beach stretching for many kilometers.
You won’t find many tourists there, mostly Moroccans. After sundown, the local people traditionally spend time together at the beach. Tradition guides the way people dress, rules the rituals and prayers while many shrines lie on the ocean coast. The Moroccans sing, dance, and make beautiful music. The beaches in Casablanca are varied and diverse - combine tradition with Western influences.
Independent documentary and portrait photographer. He studied photography at European Academy of Photography in Warsaw. He participated in numerous workshops, e.g. Transmission pour l’Image in Perpignan, France.
Arkadiusz works mostly on long term projects dealing with social issues.
