The F-4 PhantomⅡ, belonging to the Air Development and Test Wing of Japan Air Self-Defense Forces (JASDF) based in Gifu Air Base, completed its last flight on March 17th, 2021 after half a century engagement to protect Japan’s security. The Air Development and Test Wing is composed of high-skilled and long-experienced test pilots, who help develop Military aircraft and train test pilot. These pictures were taken a staff photographer of the Yomiuri Shimbun, aboard the fighter jet, features the routine training flight of the F-4 PhantomⅡ and the pilots on December 2020.
