After eight years of the March 11, 2011, Fukushima nuclear disaster, many problems and challenges that had surfaced after said nuclear leak still has not been resolved. The Japanese government failed to decontaminate areas exposed to radioactivity and to regain trust from the Fukushima people. There are still animals, houses, and people left behind in Fukushima.
