In Latin America streets and sidewalks have life. They are used for parties, eating, playing cards among other activities. I found these 2 friends playing cards on a Saturday morning, they do it just for fun. One of them brings the table outside to the sidewalk and the other brings the cards. They gamble just a couple of cents and cigarettes.
