In The Garden

In The Garden situates his pseudo-documentary portrait narrative about women surrounded by nature. Captured in the actual scenery of gardens and woods, it offers a real glimpse of the soul of people and their part that usually remain unseen.
This is an ongoing long-term portrait project. I photograph models, friends, and people I know over time and every one of stare at the camera with different degrees of acceptance in showing themselves.
At our best and most fortunate we make pictures because of what stands in front of the camera, to honor what is greater and more interesting than we are.
