Many artists, such as Nicolas Poussin, Benjamin West, John William Waterhouse, Karl Bryullov, Salvador Dali, in their paintings addressed the theme of the myth of the narcissus. The meaning of this myth is multifaceted and interesting. This is how I see the plot of what is happening, this is a confrontation of inner experiences, emotions for the birth of beauty and the emerging illusion of reciprocity that begins to exist independently of you, revealing its secrets of the inner world, character and infinite movement of feelings.
