Sierra Leone Child

Why thousands of children live in the streets, to sleep there or to
steal? Why hundreds of girls prostitute themselves without mafias
that exploit them? Sierra Leone is not a good place to be a child.
According to the State of the World's Children Report, recently
published by Unicef, this African country had 310,000 children
orphaned at the end of 2014, 4.7% of the total population. In a
context of extreme poverty, with Ebola still in the retina and with
visible shortcomings of any basic type of sustenance, many
children are forced to wander aimlessly, to live of what they find in
landfills or to work as sex worker for less than two dollars a night
