Lying Down by the River

While something uneasy happens somewhere in the world,
peaceful time passes somewhere else in the world. Nothing stays
the same. Things keep changing. We are like foam floating in this
ceaselessly flowing river- sometimes drifting with the flow,
sometimes making occasional resistance, and in the end, we just
disappear. My attempt is to depict this impermanent world with
the river as a motif.
