Seeing the joy in chaos and mess, escaping urban life, accepting life's challenges, a warm welcome, your favorite things, moments of generosity and consideration, life's little pleasures.
These photos are also a part of a long-term, personal project documenting my family. Available as fine art prints.

Shawna Gibbs is an American photographer known for her portrait, interior and still life photography and for her collaborative work with other artists. Her work has been exhibited at the Currier Museum of Art, Minneapolis Photo Center, AVA Gallery, Panopticon Gallery, Woman Made Gallery and has been featured on several prominent websites including Fraction Magazine and Lenscratch. Gibbs has a B.A. in Human Geography from Boston University. She currently lives in New Hampshire, United States.
